A dog food container that does exactly what I need, finally. And very reasonably priced too.Comfortably holds a 15kg bag of the dog food I use. Lid actually seals air-tight, unlike most of the other bins marketed specifically for pet food that I've had. Lid opens nice and wide (and can be removed easily) when filling it up, locks closed to keep curious noses out. It's a nice height, I can easily reach down to the bottom to get the last bits out. The plastic feels solid, yet lightweight (when empty!). I didn't even know I wanted one on wheels, turns out I definitely do. Even comes with a nice scoop.I hope I don't sound like I'm getting worked up over a simple plastic tub on wheels, but I strongly recommend this.

Having just purchased I am not sure about the strength of the wheel fixtures. Hopefully they will be ok we have to wait and see, otherwise an excellent product.

Bought for storing large bags of kibble. Because of the mixed reviews I deliberately waited until it had been in use for a while before reviewing. I am pleased to confirm that it's been a good purchase. I can fit an 18k bag of kibble in the container. The lid fits well, seal seems to do it's job and the wheels fit on quickly and move around easily on both the laminate floor and the barrier Matt. Good value and does it's job.

I use several of these for storing Lego. Easy to wheel around so I'm not picking up heavy boxes when I need to hoover or when I need to fish out a particular piece, lots of room in them. The catch isn't great though - that's why I deducted a star. Far too easy to break. But they work fine without it.

Great product. Strong and sturdy and perfect for holding my 16kg bags of flour. The clip on the lid works very well and ensures the contents stay dry and mouse free! You need to push the wheels on to the bottom of the containers which I found quite stiff to do but not impossible- a wooden spoon on top of the wheel provided good protection to my palm. All in all a great product.

Very nice product indeed. Not as cheap as some but very a good product. Easily accepts a 16kg bag of Heygates Green Flour, with room to spare!. Full size easy open and close lid. The four good wheels make it easily mobile. I'm very glad I purchased this container! Also it looks smart! What more can I say?

The reason I purchased this container was to store large quantities of flour (which obviously requires a dry environment). To that end I was happy to find a container described as being "airtight" and marketed towards (human) food storage.However, the container isn't actually 100% airtight in the same way that other domestic tupperware tubs (e.g. Lock&Lock) are. Basically, if you shut and lock the container you can still push air in and out by gently pressing on the plastic lid.I contacted the manufacturer who said that the container is "airtight at rest" but because it's plastic it will introduce airflow if the lid is pressed upon because the airtight seal is broken.This means it's not possible to stack items (such as other tubs) on top of this container without introducing airflow when you're stacking or unstacking.Personally I don't need to stack stuff on top of this, so it's not a deal-breaking problem. But this product isn't exactly what I was expecting. As I said, I'm used to the "Lock & Lock" type containers where air can't get in or out even if they're squeezed pretty hard.

I've had this bin for just over 3 months. I use it to store a sack of bread flour, and it is perfect for the job. The flour is very heavy but now it's easy to wheel out and around the kitchen and back into it's under counter hidey hole again. I have been taking it for granted and recently wheeled it over a door frame very roughly, breaking one of the wheels. I contacted Solent Plastics who have been able to replace the wheel. I am very grateful. I don't know what I would do without this now. I'm thinking I need another for the pet food.
