will it compress for uneven surface

Hi this item is quite strong and has some movement and my need some packing if the floor is that uneven. the glue is great for the job.

can this be fixed on a concrete step

I used screws to fix my Stormguard in place. If you can drill holes in the concrete then you will be able to fix using screws. An other method to fix the Stormguard in place is to use a suitable builders heavy duty adhesive.

Can you fit over carpet on inside

Yes if you use the correct fixings.

Can this be for internel door or main door

There is nothing preventing it from being used internally but I wouldn’t recommend it. It sits high, especially with the rubber seal in place and will almost certainly require the door to be shaved at the bottom to allow clearance to fit. It is also far wider than a standard Internal door threshold and will Be visible when door is closed. It would also present a trip hazard.
