I like a big mug! But you wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a large mug that isn't some kind of novelty item. This mug is large, chunky, beautiful and classy looking. I will definitely buy more from City to Cottage, I'm really pleased with my mug.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. I contacted the seller and everything was done after a quick phone call. The right mug arrived two days later and it is really a nice hand work. My mom loves it sooo much. Five star for the product and an other five star for the customer service.
