It Works!
I don’t swallow this as a capsule, I open the capsules and mix it with honey and apple cider vinegar then down it. I’m definitely feeling the impact of taking these as I used to be so moody and riddled with fatigue before my period along with really achy breasts. Taking this however has meant that I’m not aware I’m about to have my period as I am no longer exhausted, moody or achy so this has resulted in a much happier me. This is definitely something that I’m going to continue using since it works!
