Provides adequate cushion for your phone, but is very bulky as an arm band.
I use this arm band to hold my phone and some money at the gym. It has great cushioning, so it protects my phone. I have tried to wear it on my arm, but it slides down easily, and the Velcro sometimes scratches my arm. My husband got one as well and has the same complaints.
