Crush washers were too small! Filters seemed like the real deal but I was forced to use the old crush washer, hoping I can keep the mini leak free until the next oil change. The false advertising and the whole situation is very frustrating.

The oil filter and oil filter o ring replacement were a perfect match for my 2011 'justa' mini. The crush washer however, was not even close to a fit. It was tiny and appeared to have already been crushed. I have ordered from this store before with great results but this time I didn't even receive a 'mileage til next oil change' sticker. I will probably try somewhere else to buy my filters.

Don't advertise that your product works if it doesn't. Had car up on stands and no other vehicle that I could go get a new one with...

The drain plug washer does not fit my R56 drain plug. The ID is too small. Also solid copper washers leak and do not seal. I had to purchase a universal plastic drain plug washer. The oil filter fits.

The filters themselves are great ! The big problem is the "copper crush washer " that they provide it too small it fit over the oil plug bolt ( Drain Plug ) Not a great deal if you have to go to the Mini Dealer to get the right crush washer. Try a K&N filter just as good and they have the correct crush washer !

The crush washer does not fit the oil pan bolt. Had to try and find one at NAPA. Pain in the ass! Filter and o ring were fine.

These filters allow for excellent oil flow through the engine with adequate filtration. I had a fram filter in my mini and on occasion would get and engine light. This filter solved the problem low oil flow. Worth every penny.

Do yourself a favour and buy washers as this seller is unwilling to replace the small washer they provide with the right one. This is after numerous customers complaints.I had to reinstall the old washer hopefully will have no leaks until next oil change.
