Excellent product when used properly
OPC-3 is an excellent 👌 antioxidant. Been using it for years. Excellent for your whole family. My children were given this product while growing up. They never experienced sickness while growing up due to OPC-3

Feeling a difference
I have been feeling a huge improvement in my overall health and wellbeing. I work about 50 hours aweek, weights train 5 to 6 days a week. My job is very hot and physically demanding. Being deep in perimenopause I was experiencing every horrible symptom. Since taking this my periods and cramps have diminished, and also fatigue and mental fod has lifted. Worth the price.

Good tasting and it works!
This is a very powerful antioxidant that I've been taking on and off over a period of 30 years (I'm 74). My body generates a lot of inflammation and I have a tendency to develop what I call crunchy joints. It feels or sounds like crunching potato chips in knees, neck, shoulders and fingers. I sometimes wake up in the morning with several fingers on my right hand locked down and have to pry them loose. I'LL start taking a double dose for the first week (1 tsp, which is 2 capfuls in 1/2 c of water) on a fairly empty stomach before going to bed. I sware, the crunchies are gone after the first week, but I continue with a single dose at night or first thing in the morning until it's all used.
