Messed up my expectations
Looks like the product delivered was used even though it was sold as new for $625. The track has scratch marks and dent, sliding over it is a task now, even though its supposed to slide smooth as this being a precision equipment. Pieces of wood were in between track. I even made sure by sending a message to the supplier before my purchase, asking whether the product is free from any damages.I hope see a response from the supplier with a possible solution so as to keep the product without processing the return.
