I wanted to share an important consideration regarding the probiotic Lactobacillus reuteri. While it offers significant health benefits, it is known to be a histamine-producing strain. Certain beneficial bacteria, including many strains of L. reuteri, convert the amino acid histidine (found in food) into histamine within the gut. For most people, this is not a problem. Ho acquistato questo prodotto perché non sono riuscita a proseguire con la terapia antibiotica per eradicare Helicobacter (dopo un solo giorno stavo malissimo e tutt'ora soffro di insonnia, un effetto collaterale di un antibiotico associato ad un altro😅). Li assumo da nemmeno una settimana e non posso dire se funziona o meno, ma la mia nutrizionista mi ha detto che si tratta di un'azienda sicura e che va bene per questo tipo di problema: mi ha anche suggerito di assumerlo anche per tre mesi (ovviamente voi chiedete sempre al vostro medico, non fate di testa vostra). Al tercer día empecé con fuertes dolores de cabeza y algo de mareo porque sube la histamina. Compré unas pastillas llamadas Naturdao con encima dado para bajar la histamina y los dolores de cabeza desaparecieron.
