NO SQUEAKS! Strong! Lightweight! EASY to assemble!
This is an honest non paid for non free item given review. This is awesome! Do yourself a favor, and spend that extra $20-$25. The very thin all metal frames with a metal mesh, squeak, rock and are nowhere near as supportive. Your mattress will soon become a "hole". Especially the all metal frames with thin metal beams that are spread more far apart squeaks and the mattress will still fall through. This one, with the wide wooden slats and thick heavy duty frame is supreme! Plus it has a higher clearance than most others to put larger items under the bed! The other cheaper frames are lower in clearance, only allowing your to slide items 10inches and under, under the bed. Making it kind of pointless. This frame was VERY easy to assemble! It was already partially assembled. All that needed to be done was combine the largest parts, set some screws in and push the wood into the slots ready for them. I'm a 65 year old woman and I put this together myself. Despite it being heavy duty, it is still pretty light in weight and very easy to move around with two people. NO squeaks! It is sturdy! And no wobbling each time a larger in size and weight guest tosses and turns! VERY worth the price and value! 5 Stars!

Great bed frame would have rated 4.5 stars if I could
This bed fame is very sturdy from what I can tell two weeks in. I have no problems with it as of yet. the outer frame is sturdy, and holds my Queen size bed really well. There is no rocking or moment in it what so ever, and it is super quiet. I also love that they give you 2 extra bolts in case one gets lost or breaks. Unlike other reviews I have read on other products I have no fear of my frame falling apart. I also like the plywood slats at least i am assuming that is what they are, but they seem nice, rigid, and light weight. As for the "bad" and I say that super loosely. the inner tan metal part that holds the wood is very thin square metal tubing and crumpled when I tightened down the nut and bolt that came with the frame. It does its job but I would recommend putting some kind of spacer in there to keep it from being crushed. I will say this that I didn't over tighten the bolts super tight to mess up the threads, so the only conclusion i come to is the part is thin metal, and again could use a insert or spacer to keep the square tube true. the only other thing is the wooden slats are pretty loose so I recommend fitting them in and adding a small piece of electrical tape if you want them to fit in snug. I only used 1 small piece per side and they are snug and don't move around unless I pull them out, but if you do my mod be sure not to use to much where it becomes to tight. honestly I think it would be fine on its own but I don't know I just feel better with them firmly held in place. Oh almost forgot there was a hole on one of the legs that was slightly off from the frame where it took a lot more force to put it in properly. It almost felt like it was cross threaded but wasn't, so when I was turning the screw it just took more force. It wasn't a problem luckily, but it really could have been if it was off any more than it was. In closing if you are looking for a bed frame with lots of storage space I would highly recommend this product. I believe this product will last a long time to come, and is the best one I found here on Amazon.

Easy to assemble, has a lot of space underneith for storage, I'm definitely happy!
It's really easy to put together. It comes with extra hardware. It's solid and doesn't scoot around or wobble. If you're worried about the wood slats not holding up, don't...they're very solid and hold up well (as long as you don't stand on one by itself...but Ikea ones don't hold up to that either). Your bed mattress won't slide around...mine's stayed put and I flop into bed sometimes lol I rated it 4 out of five stars for maneuverability because, well, once it's down it can be tough to move if it's on a thick carpet if you're using a heavy foam mattress...but I don't move my bed around that often so it's all good. The best part is the holes that you can use to mount head/foot boards to the frame. I liked the look of my old Ikea bed but the design was crap and it wouldn't hold the slats up any longer...I bought this frame, and I was able to build the Ikea bed up around it and mount it to the holes in the head and foot of this frame so it's literally the best of both worlds. I'm really happy with this frame and you will be too!

Wish I had bought sooner
Not sure what you need a 3500 pound capacity for lol. I have an older coil mattress and it came with a super cheap box frame. I decided to finally get a new bed frame. What a difference! I went from pain and wanting a new mattress to not needing a new mattress and enjoying my bed and sleep again. It is nice having the extra space under bed for storage. Just be sure to measure your mattress as a 12 inch or higher mattress will block the shelves of a headboard. One precaution- twice I stubbed my toe on the legs. The bedskirt covers them so well I forget about them.... ๐ Aside from that super happy with the bed frame. Easy to assemble and is very quiet and supportive. Highly recommend!

Just like photos/description
I thought I'd taken a picture of the frame without the mattress, but it looks just like the picture anyway. Directions were good and I followed other's advice and checked I had all pieces before starting. It actually had extra screws and knuts which was nice. It was heavy as hell and I barely got the full box upstairs myself. It'd probably be better to carry up the pieces separately. The only hiccup was a screw bit broken off inside of a length of the metal frame. I struggled to pry it out for a long time and finally got my bf who pushed it out within 2 minutes. Obviously a flaw from the factory and it damaged the part where the screw goes in so it doesn't go all the way in. It's not a big deal, it just prevents us from getting the headboard flush with the frame on that side because the screw sticks out a bit. It does seem like it'll be good for moving because it can be partially disassembled. It's very sturdy. Moves around the room a little with adult activities, but no creaking or shaking or banging against the wall like our old frame. We were also able to connect our headboard that was through a different seller. We're around 370 lbs together and I think it would handle a lot more weight. Great buy.

Doesn't move at all!
My wife and I got rid of our old four-poster bed we have had for the last 24 years and wanted something new. We recently set up a platform bed in our guest room so we thought we would give it a try in our master bed room. Our old bed would creak, squeak & rattle a lot with any extra "movement" in the bed. This platform bed doesn't make a single sound with any extra "movement" ;o) This is great since our sons room shares a wall with the MBR. We were able to get rid of our box springs and use our memory foam gel mattress on our new platform bed. I'm not sure if it's my imagination or not but our mattress seems like it's a lot more firm then when it was on our box springs on our four poster bed. Either way we are getting used to it and starting to enjoy it more and more each night. The bed height is perfect for us with the platform bed being at 14" tall and our mattress adds another 12" for a total of 26" bed height. If feels a little weird not having a head board or foot board but we are getting used to it after about a week of sleeping on it. It does make it much easier to make the bed in the morning though. All in all we are very, very happy with our new platform bed. I would definitely buy it again. Our did have a few blemishes in the painted/powder coated frame rails but not enough to worry about. Especially when it will be covered by bedding.

So far, so good!
Incredibly sturdy. I read many reviewers prior to purchasing. I was particularly interested in noise and how much motion transfer it allows. My wife and I have slept on it for one week so far. It has exceeded or expectations by far. For all you couples who share your home with kids or family, this frame doesn't make a peep! Very silent. I was skeptical when I received the box. I feared it was too small for a queen frame. I highly recommended hand tightening everything. If you have your own set of hex keys (Allen wrenches) I recommend you use them. The hex key the unit comes with is very soft metal. It won't last and you'll risk stripping the hex slots on the screw heads. Use your own crescent wrench, too. The manufacturer means well but the little tools included belong in the trash. I am 6'2" at near 275 lbs. My wife is a petite 95 lbs. When I get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, there is absolutely no motion transfer with a good quality firm memory foam mattress and NO BOX SPRING. I highly recommend not using one. Also, look for a bed skirt that will fit the size you purchase (14" or 16"). Once assembled and installed, the frame looks very "industrial". Amazon has some affordable skirts in several colors. To all you big guys, I hope you enjoy this bed if you make this choice. Tip: Do not use power tools to assemble. The metal is strong but susceptible to damage if you use too much torque.
