Incomplete package contents twice
First wand arrived with no AC power supply or battery. The inside box was open, so it appeared to be a once-off because that doesn't happen often. I returned the entire package and asked for a replacement, which arrived yesterday, also with no battery or AC power supply. The inner box was not open this time. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I won't waste any more time with it. I'll return this one and order another.

Does not work. Instructions are terrible.
I charged batteries with the dual charger. I inserted one of the batteries and the switch. Nothing. Tied the other battery.... nothing.Fortunately, this is a backup unit for a light stick from another company that I purchased on Amazon. I used that ones ac charger to UN the light stick on ac power. This unit does n wn adapter. The light came on, but now I have at three inch tether. It portable all.So...Buyer Beware.....
