Works well for small leaks

As a 35 year mechanic, I'm not keen on 'mechanic in cans' treatments, usually a mechanical repair is required, i.e. leaking cylinder head gasket, thus new cylinder head gasket, and the 10 ++ hours of labor and parts. My 2005 Ranger 4.0 V6, 385k mileage was diagnosed as 'failed' head gaskets, water/oil into the radiator coolant, white smoke out tailpipe from burning in the combustion cylinders. With nothing to lose and extra time and expense saved, a can of Copper Block Seal was installed. After about 5 hours of running the smoke diminished, and coolant reservoir quit running low. Have placed 500 miles of highway driving and this 'patch' repair is holding up. Mixed with coolant w/o draining the radiator, Would highly recommend this as a 'first' repair attempt. Saved me $2.5 K in unnecessary repair expenses.

This was a lifesaver when my radiator started to leak badly. Having the 2-pack is handy as this is not a permanent solution and about 6 months later I used the 2nd bottle. The Leak is still holding and I was happy with the price. It's virtual scentless, so no stinky liquid you have to endure and easy to add to your car.

I followed the directions precisely for my car. My coolant leak in my cracked civic r18 block has not been fixed, but the rate of leaking has reduced probably about 80-90%. That is most certainly a win given how much started leaking initially and this being $8. I would definitely recommend this as an extension to your car's usable life as long as your leak does NOT mix with ANY oil. My case is a crack in the outer coolant jacket of the engine, so coolant to atmosphere (unfortunately common case with the 06-09 r18 engines). Keep in mind there are other radiator leak-specific products too..

Got this about a year ago. Found out the water pump was shot, so didn't use it. Last week I noticed I had coolant leak. Could see where it was coming from. Got the Bar's and went by the instruction. Next day that leak had stopped. Certainly loved that.

Good product work on my small leak at least until I can make a full repair.

Did what it said and stopped a block leak in a 2007 Mazda 3. I only needed to use half the container, so I still have some left for another leak down the line. Not much else to say.

First the item was delayed, then the whole product is frozen “ due to weather understandable “ item was broken when i got it. Bottle has leak & leak out called amazon to complain they send me new bottle the next day. Very happy. Once i got the item i used it right away. So far result is good. But lots of saying it will clog ur line & engine after few months. So well see after few months. Will update u. Thanks.
