Q: What is length this item because i need a 80cm size

From recollection it was 1m long or perhaps 90cms. Can't recall but certainly longer than 80cms. I had to cut down to size

Q: How do you replace the rubber inserts once it has been fixed in place as it won't be possible to slide them back in

The rubber strips are dovetailed fit so I understand your concern. The strips are quite tough but they are flexible so you can engage one edge in the dovetail groove then use an old credit card or similar plastic tool to push the other edge in gradually along the length. That's how I did mine, it's a bit tedious but it works with no problem.

Q: Do you do longer strips? Its need for double door step

If you want longer sections then contact maker. Alternatively,fit two sections.

Q: Is the 35mm dimension accurate?

The piece I have gives an usable dimension of about 36.3mm. where as the manufacturers info says 35mm.
