Inspector passed my elevator engine room updates
I used to bring 2 elevators engine rooms in a 1920 building up to state code. Had no issues with this product and I applied it to every single thing floor, walls, ceiling

Amazon is unpredictable
Nothing wrong with the product. Just disappointed in Amazon's delivery of the product. Says specifically on the pail to not keep in temps unfer 40°. Amazon pushed the delivery date back from Saturday to monday. I checked before i went to sleep last night still said Monday. I wake up this morning at 10am to the pail sitting outside my doorstep for 4 hours in 20° weather.. not mad it's here faster but i think the product may be destroyed, we will see...
