Are the capsules easy to open to get to charcoal inside?

what is the actual sizse of the capsule? Please, the only possible answers are 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4. thanks.

I don't know what size the numbers go to but they were too large for me to swallow comfortably so I gave them to my daughter and ordered charcoal gummies instead.

Is this 100% the exact same as Integrative Therapeutics Activated Charcoal? Because this is labeled "Activated Charcoal Powder" and that "Charcoal".
