Waste of money
Thid is a product of USA. Most reviews are from americans so please don't get fooled. It doesn't work for Indian voltage. Mine was damager after the third use. I use it once in a month so by the third month the return window was closed absolute waste of money!

The product mentioned ships from th U.S ....this isn't informed anywhere on the purchase ...besides it requires a step down converter which costs around 4499 if you buy a decent good quality converter not to mention the bissel sales executive calls you afer the purchase has already been made to tell you that it requires a converter from 220volts to 110volts.this seems a little unfair and seeks like cheating the customer ,would request amazon to look into this issue at the earliest
