When ordering product the sizing are not clear at all.they were delivered today and i thought i ordered a ladies uk size 7 but was sent a mans14-15 k massive. I cannot return them as i cut them down thinking they would fit but realise they are a totally different fit to womens . Money wasted.

Honestly all these years I had been looking for a pair of insoles like which is brilliant in design and simply impeccable. Huge relief for my plantar fascilitis being a flat footed heavy guy. Further, the only insole that walks the talk and trust me I have tried dozens in the market so far.

I wear a Women's shoe size six. These insoles state size 6 - 6 1/2. They fit into my shoes right out of the package just perfectly so they may be about a quarter inch short if you wear a 6 1/2.The insole quality is professional minus the usual high cost. Wonderful arch support. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend to everyone, especially those of us who suffer from PF.

We got these to replace much higher cost Insoles, and my girlfriend really loves them. She tells me they work better that the Insoles she paid much more for locally here in the Phoenix area.

Wayyyyyy too small and on the order they don’t give you a choice for size so I figured you have to adjust it to your size. But no. It’s a size for for women and a size 6 for men. I don’t know any American adult who would fit that!!!!

These insoles solved my knee pain and plantar fasciitis issues. They were recommended by my podiatrist, and I’ve been using them in my Hoka Bondi 9 and Brooks Glycerin Max sneakers.Since switching to these insoles, I’ve been able to walk about 3 miles on pavement or on the treadmill without discomfort. They are definitely expensive, but for me, they’re worth every penny.My podiatrist told me they typically last around four months. So far, I’m very happy with them and would highly recommend them.
