This stuff is amazing. I originally bought it because I had read in a study that it helps with recovery. So mind you, I am taking it for just this and nothing more but WOW, this thing has made me much stronger and much more explosive and my muscle mass has increased substantially. If you are athlete or/and you workout consistently. You need to be taking this . I take it with creatine, taurine & electrolytes. This stuff works. Although it’s amazing, the taste and smell are somewhat chemically and disgusting but I’m not drinking this for the taste . Another issue, it doesn’t really dissolve that well so you have to either put it in a shaker cup and shake the living freak out of it. It doesn’t really cause stomach upsets and I usually take it on empty stomach . The texture of this is very fine, more fiber than creatine.

Love the Nutricost brand! It works and is affordable. We use this for workouts and as a daily supplement.

Combined with Creatine and it makes me feel better in the gym when lifting heavy weights.

(4.5) Ive only been taking for a couple weeks so I can’t really speak about results. But it seems to be a really good value and I hope to experience some noticable differences soon. I’ve been eating in a deficit and very low carb with high protein and have also been working out regular. Definitely losing weight and gaining muscle. I’ve tried the powder just dumped from the scoop onto my tongue and it’s pretty bitter. But mixed with 10+ ounces of liquid it’s barely noticeable. It’s a very fine powder and the scoop is very short so my hands are always getting covered. Easiest to leave the scoop on top of the container rather that tossing it in after each use. Much neater that way

HMB was recommended by a naturopath friend as a better alternate to creatine for muscle recovery for my age and gender (55, female) . I like the product! It has zero taste or smell and dissolves well in water. Just keep stirring, it'll dissolve. The scoop is tiny and it was buried at the bottom, so when you open the product, take a long spoon or butter knofe and dig around for it, it's there! It's too early to say if I notice a difference in muscle recovery, but this product seems like a good value for the money and is easy to take.

I purchased this HMB based on reviews. The item arrived quickly upon ordering. However, I was disappointed that the scoop was not in the canister. I dug, dug, dug, and still there was no scoop. It is already frustrating when you have to dig for the scoop in some of these products, but when you dig, dug, dig, and there is still no scoop, I tell myself, "I won't be buying this one next time." Regarding energy level, pain relief, and other benefits, it is still new as it just arrived yesterday. It has no smell and it would be easy to use if it had a scoop.

HMB is a staple in my supplement stack, highly recommend it especially if on a cut. Only cons, smells funny and doesn’t mix the best
