❤️ So happy with these! Their worth much more than the price. 5 bands, individually wrapped,with different resistance. Comes with a user manual and a bag/pouch to store them in when not in use.(see photos) Wish I had bought these sooner. Great for stretches and squats, even when sitting their so versatile. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these to anyone especially if you're not very mobile. Excellent quality and were delivered within time frame.

I bought the Gritin Resistance Bands because I decided it was finally time to turn my arms from “slightly cooked noodles” into something resembling strength. The set comes with five bands ranging from “gentle encouragement” to “are you sure about this?” which is great because you can gradually increase resistance as your confidence (or delusion) grows. What I loved: Skin-friendly material: I was worried they'd snap against my legs like an angry rubber band, but they’re actually super soft, don’t pinch my skin, and stay in place surprisingly well. Levels of resistance: The lighter band makes me feel like a fitness influencer. The heavier one reminds me I am not. Portable: They fit in the little pouch that comes with them, which I now proudly carry around like I’m on my way to a very tiny workout mission. Unexpected discoveries: The “X-Heavy” band is basically a reminder that I skip leg day more than I admit. My cat has claimed the lightest band as her new toy, and honestly, she’s using it more consistently than I am. These bands will expose how uneven your balance is. Apparently, my left side is strictly decorative. Verdict: Fantastic value for the price, durable, comfortable, and great for home workouts—whether you're a beginner or someone who just wants to feel like they tried today. They won’t magically turn you into an Olympian, but they will make you feel just a tiny bit stronger (and give you a good laugh when you catch yourself grunting at a piece of stretchy rubber). Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Would I admit how out of breath I was after the medium band? Absolutely not.

I purchased the Gritin Resistance Bands (set of 5) to help with rehab after foot surgery, and I’ve been really impressed with them. The set comes with five different resistance levels, which was perfect for gradually building strength as I progressed in my recovery. Starting with the lightest band, I could ease into exercises without straining my foot, and as I got stronger, I moved up to the heavier ones. The quality is top-notch too; these bands feel durable, made of solid latex that hasn’t shown any signs of wear despite regular use (except foe the black one which I stupidly used to keep the back door of the house open, left it outside for months, and now it is falling to pieces). They come with a handy carrying case, which made it easy to take with you on the go or store them discreetly at home. For anyone recovering from surgery or just looking for a versatile workout tool, these are a great choice. Highly recommend!

OK bands but not very durable

I purchased these because after a year of over-indulgence with the takeaways (whoops) I really needed to tone up. The gym was too pricey, as was buying a great big set of weights. I needed something I could carry on me, yet we’re durable and actually did the job. These have not disappointed. They arrived right on time, in a neat little travel bag that’s easy to pop in my handbag, and an instructional guide. I’ve never tried resistance bands because I wrongly assumed they would be useless, but boy was I wrong. They are incredibly versatile, you can do SO many different exercises with them. I was afraid they would break but so far they are holding up great. In my bigot I used the toughest band (the black one). After all, it’s “just a bit of rubber” I thought. Nope. These make for a pretty intense workout. And because they are so compact, I can pretty much chill out in front of the tv whilst using them. Winner! And even better, they are great for helping those with disabilities. My Mom has arthritis and had a hip replacement, and desperately wanted to get in shape but didn’t know how. Enter these bands. The exercises are simple yet effective, shes started with the lighter bands, she’s had no issues and is finally gaining her strength and confidence back from the comfort of her home. SO glad I purchased these, highly recommend for anyone. Whether you’re an elderly person/someone who’s been in physio who needs a gentle exercise aid, to someone who’s looking for an intense workout, these fit the bill.

Great product! The quality is amazing and their note was very cute. In the user guide you get some workouts in different language as well which I think is great. You get a little bag with them is very too and it’s very practical so you don’t rough them up in the gym bag or at home when they’re not in use. The heavier it is the thicker the material is so the thinner ones are great for arm exercises

He estado usando este set de bandas de Gritin durante un par de semanas y no puedo estar más satisfecho con la compra. Si estás buscando una forma económica y efectiva de añadir resistencia a tus rutinas, estas bandas son ideales. Lo que más me ha gustado: Variedad de resistencias: El set viene con 5 niveles (desde X-Light hasta X-Heavy). Esto es perfecto porque te permite progresar conforme ganas fuerza o cambiar de banda según el grupo muscular que estés trabajando (glúteos, brazos, piernas, etc.). Material de calidad: Son de látex natural y se nota. Tienen un tacto muy suave, no irritan la piel y, lo más importante, no se enrollan ni se deslizan fácilmente durante el ejercicio, algo que me pasaba con otras marcas. Portabilidad: Incluyen una bolsita de transporte muy práctica. No ocupan nada de espacio, así que me las llevo al gimnasio o cuando viajo para no perder el ritmo. Guía en español: Es un detalle excelente que incluyan un manual con ejercicios ilustrados en castellano. Ayuda mucho si estás empezando y no sabes muy bien cómo combinarlas. Conclusión: Relación calidad-precio imbatible. Son resistentes, duraderas y cumplen perfectamente su función. Las recomiendo totalmente tanto para principiantes como para gente que ya entrena habitualmente
