I bought this snap heat pad for my hubby... he works at a desk all day & he often has back & neck pain. Sometimes when he’s done working, He complains of neck and lower back pain pain so I was looking for something small enough for him to use at his desk...so I got him this CLIK CLAK instant heat snap pad! It’s awesome...it heats to 130 F, in seconds, he said that stays hot for almost an hour. He can use it while he is sitting in his office and makes him comfortable and relaxed! BONUS!!! To reuse it, you just put it in a towel and boil for 20 minutes.... then it ready to go again! He loves it & says it has helped him a lot!!! Overall great heat pad...no electricity required, reusable, works great. Highly recommended. U will love it ❤️💙💜

Worked great 3 times, then on the 4th time, the disc you have to snap to activate, tore the cover and cut my thumb!!! I want a refund!

Product worked as advertised and amazing the first 3 times. However, the disc was super stiff and hard to pop. It also had sharp edges and after 3 uses, it split the plastic open and it leaked and became unusable. Love the product, but wish it actually lasted and was higher quality. Thin plastic surrounding a sharp metal disc that you have to put pressure on does not work.

Item works as expected. Nice having one you don’t need to microwave to use. Seller was very helpful and took care of a problem with my order. Great customer service.

I am not sure what I did to myself but I had been experiencing some discomfort in my shoulder for a few weeks. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to try out this reusable shoulder snap warmer. This thing is like magic! It reminds me of a squishy gel lunch pack however there is a tiny metal piece floating around inside the gel that when you click it it activates some type of reaction that causes the entire pack to heat up. It is really neat actually and quite helpful to my shoulder. The way it is designed it allows the pack to sit up high on your shoulders without feeling uncomfortable or bulky. Once you are done using the pack you simply boil it and then let it sit for about 20 min and its ready to go again. This has helped me greatly. My daughter has even borrowed it on a few occasions for cramps. I am very happy with the quality and ease of use. I purchased another set so we are all able to use it at the same time.

I love that this heats up instantly with just a metal snap. It's the perfect size and shape to use on my neck and shoulders. Due to the amount I'm on the computer, the muscles in my neck and shoulders can get super tight and sometimes painful. It's super convenient to use in my car, at a lacrosse game or basically anywhere that I can't use my heating pad. It's also nice that it's reusable. To renew it for the next use, you wrap it in a towel, boil it for 20 minutes and you're good to go. I like having 2 or 3 warmers on hand, just so I always have one to use in case I forget to renew one. The renewal process is totally worth it to have pain relief instantly. I'd highly recommend this product.

I needed a heating pad that would help with my pain, but wasn’t confined to a plug. These packs work great. Simply snap the metal disc inside and the chemical reaction happens and the fluid inside turns to a hot gel. Just knead the gel and put it on the painful area. Love this thing. Only draw back is you have to boil it to turn it back to liquid, but other than that it’s portable and helps with pain.
