Love the Bose mini sound dock II great sound and clarity

Love the Bose Soundlink Mini 2 blue tooth speaker. The packaging was terrible for shipping electronics. It was only wrapped in some bubble wrap and put in another bubble wrap Amazon envelope. The item arrived in what looked like excellent shape, but when I tried to charge the batteries after using the system a couple of days. Only charged to 70%. BOSE paid for sipping to the repair facility, repaired, updated the speaker software/hardware, replaced front grill, back grill and battery pack then shipped back to me at no cost. Thank you BOSE! This is why I only buy Bose products. They are awesome, and the sound quality is unmatched.This is why my rating went from 3 stars to 5! Nothing but BOSE for me baby, nothing but BOSE!

The media could not be loaded. **Update Feb 9, 2020It does not want to turn on sometimes. When it sits for a few weeks, tapping the power button does not turn it in. I must charge it briefly, battery is at 80%, and then it turns on. As if it goes into deep sleep. 🤔Easy to use, quality internal parts. Bought mine refurbished and could not distinguish the difference. Battery life could be better, but just my opinion. I run the battery down to the point when the system says "Please Charge" as I have heard of overcharging issues, which plagues any battery operated systems.

I’m a little upset there wasn’t a base but I have a white speaker and base from back in 2015 that runs great and I’m going to keep this one for work because I support the product, and it was a good price - i think the lack of base is because it is a “renewed” product where they exchanged the micro USB port for a new USB-C port (which is fantastic) so it could be that there was an incompatibility issue with the old base or it seemed messy to have 2 cables involved, or perhaps they thought it was too much to also renew the base or didn’t plan that part out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ not sure but the base is epic if you already have one

Bose is the only product in audio that performs the best. Worth the price. No distortion, excellent clarity. Great bass. I also purchased in the past expensive Soundbar with subwoofer for my theater. Excellent products. I also had a vehicle with Bose system, excellent! For small room, areas. This speaker provides excellent sound for music & even movie. Dialogue is clear. Unbelievable. Love it. Also provides long lasting battery. I would like to provide full reviews for other Bose pay. Love it!

The Bose soundlink Mini II Limited Edition Bluetooth Speaker is beyond what anyone would expect of a small speaker box! Nothing, and I mean nothing, comes close to sound of a Bose speaker!!! {:-)

I haven’t found anything to dislike with these speakers, even with them being refurbished. The tone throughout the range is great. The bass is much better than any portable speakers I’ve previously had. I haven’t taxed the battery yet, but it appears to last several hours. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone, new or refurbished.
