PQQ is a daily essential for me. It gives me more energy, and I really miss it if I forget to take it. A lot of people go- well, what’s PQQ? It helps your mitochondrial energy, and so it makes sense that I feel more energy from it. I learned about it from a Facebook group called the Cusack Protocol, which was a supplement regimen created to help others with Ehlers-Danlos symptoms. It’s suggested to start with a probiotic to help your gut be able to absorb the supplement, and then add the PQQ- and when I did that, my symptoms did improve. I will take what I can get- an 8-9% increase in my energy level is a huge deal to me. This brand has been great to me and is clean, and an easy small pill to take. It works for me.

I’ve been taking this for 2month. Want to see if this works in another month! So far no issue with gut and others.

Was not expecting that... that actually was powerful. First capsule, first time. Whole body feeling of energy. Felt like a switch was flipped and something turned on. I'm taking a few things, but this was the only thing added recently, and I've never had that feeling before. Hopefully that means it was needed.

I just finished the first bottle and had a new bottle ready to use. When I opened the new bottle and compared the pills to one of the last ones from the previous bottle, there was a big color difference. The newer pills were a much lighter pink than the ones from the previous bottle. There's no way I would be able to prove difference in quality of ingredients, but I question the consistency of the quality due to the color change. Are the newer lighter ones of a weaker quality - ???
