Unless Mizon changed their ingredients, this product is fake! I bought this from Amazon as the usual website I go through takes at least a couple weeks to arrive and so I thought what’s there to lose. My order arrived on March 8th and by March 11, my hands had done their first round of full peel. I’m talking my entire hands, palms, fingers, and back of my hands included, peeled like I was getting a new skin for spring. I couldn’t figure out what was happening, it never occurred to me it was the face wash. I had used it before. Was I using too much sanitizer but that’s never caused the level of peeling that was going on, usually that’s just dry spots here and there. I didn’t become highly concerned until my neck became unbearably itchy. I had felt slight tingling around my eyes when I would do my wash routine but for the life of me, I did not attribute it to the wash because like I said it’s something I’ve used before and had no problem with. This is my neck almost two weeks after I stopped using the product. It still hasn’t completely healed. My hands aren’t peeling anymore and I’ve made no other changes aside from not using the face wash. I am beyond livid.

I love love love the All-In-One Snail Cream from this company so I was excited to try this cleanser. I could tell this was a good quality product; you don't need much each time because it seems to be well concentrated, it foams up nicely, and feels hydrating. Unfortunately it made me break out badly after a few uses. I thought maybe my skin was just too sensitive, but I gave it to my husband who has the opposite of sensitive skin and and he also broke out after a few uses. We both have combination-to-oily skin. I think if you have dry skin this could be the cleanser for you, but it unfortunately just did not work out for us.

It’s a great cleanser, especially if you like to double cleanse. It’s not drying and a little goes a long way. It lathers well too. My skin actually feels moisturized after using it.Took 1 star off because the smell was kinda odd at first, not in a bad way but just strange. I eventually got used to it but others may not - beware!

I am a first time user of the product, and I love it. I also appreciate Amazon for the fast delivery service, and items so far are in good condition.

I'm not so sure about this product, my skin doesnt feel very clean after it and the pH is very high also. It could seriously damage your skin
