Works for my A/c

I accidentally threw my old remote away months ago, and this heatwave made me break out my portable AC. The new remote work right out of the package no setup or anything for my Soleus AC.

It works great with or A/c, we found new functions that work also.

Both of the Soleus Air portable units I've owned have had their buttons stop working. I lost the remote for this one and was no longer able to change modes. This remote worked upon arrival and saved me from having to replace the whole unit (and kept a lot of e-waste out of the landfills in the process).The LCD is a big hard to read, low contrast, but it works.

The display is quite small, and the clock is extremely inaccurate.Update: returned the first remote because the clock was losing 15 minutes in 24 hours, received a replacement and the clock gains 5 minutes in 24 hours. If you don't need to use the clock based features, the rest of the controls work. It seems unusual that a $5 watch is accurate but the manufacturer of this remote is not able to make an accurate clock.

This remote worked perfectly for my older Soleus Air conditioner. All I did was click and it came on. It worked for all selections on it. I could no longer set it by hand but this remote does it all. So happy.

The unit works so well, right out of packet (after batteries inserted, of course). After that, it operates at every signal of command to the machine, the air conditioner. Happy and value of money received.
