what colours are there of this type?

Mine is orange and there is also a kind of bright green. I'm not completely sure about the colours brown, navy, red and black. I believe there were 4 different colours in total.

Does anyone know where you can buy the notebook shown in image 6?

It's the Lihit Lab Aqua Drops twist ring notebook. The cheapest place to buy it is on Amazon from a Japanese seller directly. I wouldn't recommend it though as I found the paper quality quite poor and the ring too large. I'd recommend looking for the right size Rhodia dot grid pad but if you need to re-arrange the order of notes as a priority then maybe Atoma from Cultpens A7, William Hannah, Kokuyo, or Muji to name a few.
