I replaced the potentiometers on the joystick for a ps4 and it seems to be working pretty good. So far so good. Some of the extra replacement part appear to be close to factory so I'm overall satisfied

I bought these to replace my Nintendo Switch Pro controller left joystick after some issues with drifting. After following some youtube and reddit posts, it was easy enough to do. I figured I'd replace the plastic joystick in addition to the joystick sensors, but quickly realized the joysticks were cheaply made. You can visibly see the seem along the outside of the joystick which is visually unappealing and makes it seem cheap. The screw driver that came with this set also sucks, it nearly stripped my screws so I tossed it and used a different one which worked much better. Other than that the controller doesn't drift anymore so Im happy overall.

It was good but everything that was in the picture did not come with the package which would have made me fixing my controller a lot easier but non the lest I was still able to repair it

I was having bad stick drift on my ps4 controller so I tried everything from recalibration to resetting the controllers. Nothing worked so I learned the little white disks go bad in the joy sticks. So i ordered these and took the white disks out and installed them into my controller. And now my controllers work good as new again. The tools were super helpful too and of good quality. I just wish the screw driver was a little bit longer since I have big hands

I ordered this product because my left joystick was starting to degrade and had a slight permanent lean towards the upward position (maybe a 5%). It was noticable in most games. After installing the first of two (which was a clean install), this unit was not properly calibrated. I had a semi-lean to the right (about a 15%) which wouldn't have been caused by install error. I had to remove that unit as well and install the third one. Whether it was calibrated or not is irrelevant because it was registering a large lean to the left (over 50%). While the controller might be salvageable, it's not worth trying to install a 4th joystick when the first one should have been properly configured. I do not recommend this product as they aren't properly configured and now I'm out a controller when I would have otherwise been able to fix it before using their junk.

Need electronics soldering iron and rod to install any of these modules inside controllers.
