To be honest, they did their best.
I was going to give them 1 star, but I changed to 5 stars after visiting their office by myself. I was very angry as well that I have not received the masks for about 18 days after placing the order. Fortunately, their office was not very far away from my apartment and I went to their office. They don't have many employees. Although they work hard, thousands of orders every day are a disaster for them. There were no Cranberry masks. I had to choose another a little more expensive brand instead. But I still understand and thank them very much!

Needs to be adjustable - too loose
I have really not used these but the straps are too big to hold to your face well n the color I thought was dark but it isn’t
