I’d been dealing with an issue in my piriformis muscle, which was causing painful spasms at the top of my leg and into my left glute. My chiropractor suggested regular stretching and targeted exercises, and we discussed the idea of using an ankle strap with light weights on the cable machine to help strengthen and mobilise the area. After a bit of searching, I settled on the RDX Ankle Straps for Cable Machines. I already own a couple of other RDX products and have always found them well-made, so I trusted the brand to deliver. I wasn’t disappointed. These straps are solid quality for the price—sturdy, durable, and thoughtfully designed. The Velcro fastening makes them quick and easy to put on, even in the middle of a workout, and once secured they feel stable and reliable. I ordered these to have my own pair to use a the gym. Really good quality and strong. The Velcro is strong as well. Does a very good job and I’m not worried it will loosen up. Definitely recommend

A good product which works well for the exercises I need to do for damaged meniscus BUT the representation of this item is extremely misleading. Do a Google search and these are advertised as Ankle Straps, plural, for £5.99 on Amazon. Click the link and, still presented as 'straps', plural, they have suddenly become £8.99! Make a purchase and you realise, whilst all images show a pair and description is of 'straps', £8.99 is for a single strap! Mistake or deliberately misleading?

Very good for leg work

Really pleased with these cuffs. Bought for leg exercises at the gym as the ones there are too big for me. I have small ankles but they fit very well and are easy to use.

Easy to use and well padded so comfortable. Tough and well built, should last for years. So much better than what the gym provides.

Great product. I use this primarily for a single arm tricep push downs and it is perfect for it. Very comfortable and durable.

Love these! Have been using them for a year or so. Would not be good for really heavy weight. They really start pilling when doing heavier weight on cable machine. But they are great for cable kickbacks at a slightly lighter weight. Love them though!

Can you find similar quality for lower price ? Almost certainly.. to me the quality is good and thats why I don't want to waist time trying other stuff. I use them for shoulder raises (cables), triceps and not as ankle strap but will be sufficient for that too.
