Amazing toilet! Definitely recommend!
I design homes and I always recommend the toilet! It’s worth the money. The look of it makes any bathroom look much newer. Install is a little harder on plumbers but it’s worth it in the end. Works great, good quality!

Looks awesome and so glad I bought it
I don't know how easy it was to install as I had a plumber do it along with some other things I needed done. However the instructions looked like it could be very easy to follow.Love the comfort height and the elongated bowl. It is also very quiet when flushing and it sounds like the tank fills immediately. My only issue is there are 2 buttons on top.Not sure which one to use. After Googling this is what I believe happens...Small button is for liquid wasteLarger button is for solid wasteboth buttons pressed together is a full flush like any other toilet. There is nothing in the instructions that says which one to use for which duty you preform. Internet searches are not much better.Cleaning is so easy with the "skirt" around it. No nooks and crannys to have to reach into. Never understood why toilets were made the way they were before.

Wonderful, So Far
So far we love this toilet, if you can actually love a toilet. It arrived on schedule and in one piece. My main issues with our old (22 years) toilet were having to frequently rebuild the flushing mechanisms and my wife complaining of not being able to get it clean anymore. This one has flushed completely every time, and there have been zero skid-marks left behind. As to installation, this thing is NOT hard to install as long as two conditions are met:1: You will need two people to position it correctly and lower it over the bolts. As others said, if you put blue painter's tape on the sides of the toilet in line with the bolt holes, and more on the floor outward from the bolts it makes it easier to line them up during the installation. The toilet is light enough that one guy can hold it just above the bolts while the other one reaches behind and guides the bolts into the holes if necessary. The base can scratch flooring, so take appropriate precautions ahead of time if necessary.2: You must have a foot or more of clearance on each side of the toilet so you can lay down and reach behind the toilet to put the bolts on and hook up the water. As another poster said, tighten the left bolt while laying on the right side, and the right bolt and water while laying on the left side of the bowl. It. Is. Not. Difficult. The posters who claim their plumbers were unable to install this either had very small installation areas, one-man plumber operations, or just very lazy plumbers. One other suggestion I would make is to use an after-market silicon-type seal instead of the wax one provided, simply because you may need to install the toilet more than once for a number of reasons. (I found this toilet had a smaller footprint than my previous one, and after getting it set the first time found there were small gaps in my flooring showing around the base. I had to pull the toilet back out and install more flooring, and then after re-installation I broke the old water supply line and had to remove it again and make repairs before re-installing the toilet a third time.) Wax seals are not forgiving of multiple installations as they do not spring back, and may leave gaps in the seal as a result of repeated installations. Also, the green rubber seal I chose holds the bolts upright and firmly in place during installation. Beware that some reviews of some silicone-type seals complain of them deteriorating due to high water chemical content (chlorine, etc) over time. I figured it was worth the risk - you may not agree. Good luck and happy, trouble-free flushing!

No replacement parts
Do not purchase. Weak flush and replacements parts not available. Do your homework and go to Woodbridge website and search for flush valves or any replacement part. So disappointed after purchasing two toilets. Truly money flushed away.

Design Flaws - Need a little more improvement!
BEST LOOKING by far!EASY to clean.Dual Flush.Good value.HARD TO INSTALL1. I barely fit between the wall and the toilet. So if u have a sep. room for the toilet make sure u have plenty spaces to tighten the nuts.2. Its very heavy due to one piece, plus the nuts are hidden. So almost impossible to install for one person. Although somehow i survived the installation.OTHER FLAWS:Seat is flimsy. It should be a little more solid. The tank is too low, so when the seats are up, the buttons are hidden. The bowl need to use brush sometimes. The flush are strong but a little loud for my master bath.

Never thought I would be impressed by how a toilet looks, but this is one changed my mind!
We recently moved in to our new home and were renovating our master bathroom. I wanted a modern and clean lined design for the room. I wanted something different than the standard run of the mill commode, but I couldn't find anything that did not cost a fortune. Then I found this. It was perfect! Modern, inexpensive, and my husband says, 'extremely comfortable.' We liked it so much, we bought them for the other bathrooms as well. One arrived with a lid that was damaged during shipping. We called the company and the replacement lid was Received within four days. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Sloppy craftsmanship, uneven bottom, and paper stickers directly on the tank??
The installation wasn't as bad as I thought. It's not quite as sturdy as if you were bolting directly to the flange, but the standoffs do seem to hold it in place relatively well (short of you trying to muscle it into twisting).Build quality is questionable. On first glance, everything looks great on the outside. When you look inside where the tank is unfinished you see a lot of sloppy work, including some rough patch fixes on mine. The lid of the unit I received had a factory blemish on one of the corners where the glaze didn't set properly along the whole edge and you can see the color of the inner china coming through (right where the Woodbridge logo is). As upset as I was, I figured I could just flip the lid around since it's a symmetrical design. The kicker was the the bottom of the toilet was not level, so it would rock back and forth. For this price range, I expected better quality. The one-piece design looks nice and modern, but I'm not sure if the cons outweigh the pros on this one.
