I luv them
I thought it was cute a car with a pair of lashes so I hunted down a pair and applied them to my car. I love how they give my car a personality. However the instruction state do not apply on headlight but thats the only place I could apply them other than the hood and I wasn't going to do that. I applied them to edge of my headlight. The first lash I had to peel off and reapply this cause compromise in the adhesion of the tape that came with them so I added glue which really made it very strong and durable. The second one I didnt have to rearrange but I did shut 3 lashes under the hood when I shut the hood this mess up one. After driving a few days that side tape adhesion was becoming weak so I decided to glued that lash. Since I was working on that lash I went ahead and bandage up the lash that I mess up after shutting the lash in the hood. I apply tape around the affected lash and tape to base of the length of the lash line and glue it to the lash line and to edge of the headlight strengthening the bond to headlight and lashes. This all saved my lashes and after two months they are still on and well adherd to the light with a tight and strong bond. By the way I used gorilla glue clear and because I applied them to the headlight edge. I weight down the back portion of the lashes to the headlight to keep in place. To glue the lashes in place I treated like it was eyeliner and applied glue from the inner upper down the lashes line and wiped off any excessive before ran across the headlight. Then applied something heavy from the edge of the headlight to the back of lash line applying as even weight as possible and put the hood down so that everything remain in place. I letting it sit until they were dried. After two months they remain in place with no issues. I still love them. It seems like it was alot of work which it was but cause of the price I wasnt willing to peel them off and order new ones and I am glad I did what I did. It would have been easier to order a new set but for carlashes I thought they were a little expensive and an expense that I wasn't willing to waste with out trying to make first set work. But if they didnt work I would have order another pair cause I really love them.

Super cute!
They’re just hard to keep on straight. My car usually looks really hung over.

Lasted for a while
Don't get me wrong on my gf Nissan versa it looked amazing they fit perfectly after I cut a bit. But the adhesive glue did not last long only had them for a month and it peeled off but I'm guessing between the heat and weather they couldn't hold out. If they had just lasted a bit longer I would have no issue buying another one but the quality of them are great, when driving they looked great and easy to install. Just the adhesive could a been better to last longer.

These Carlashes are everything!
I had a set of these on my Dodge Journey, but recently sold it. Removing them truly broke my heart, as they just broke into pieces. It could have been the cold temps that compromised the plastic, but these seem to be a one and done deal. I bought a new set for my Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Supercharged to give it even more personality than it already has. I haven't installed them yet, because it's just been too cold and she'll be at the shop for a long day of repairs. I will add photos at a later date!If you're worried about durability, don't be. If you attach them to the top of your headlights, just under the hood, they won't go anywhere! My last set endured soft touch car washes and 75mph speeds on the highway in high winds! If you're afraid of putting them on the wrong spot, or you just don't like the angle they're in, I would suggest buying some Alien Tape. It's clear, waterproof, stretchable, very strong, double-sided, adjustable, and reusable! If you love making people smile, definitely consider putting Carlashes on your car. Make sure they're legal in your State before you order them, though. I drove passed multiple police here in Wisconsin and they only laughed and shook their heads. I got lots of compliments from people passing by in the parking lot or waiting at a light. I think they're fun and they fit my personality!UPDATE: It took five minutes to install these on my Pontiac, and does she look sassy!! Photo added with update.
