Canine Care Nutrition Large Weight Care Adult Dry Dog Food, 30 lb Bag

There's nothing particularly amazing about this dogfood, but it is quite good. My dog doesn't love it, but then again it's the only food I've found (after trying literally dozens of the most expensive options) that she can eat reliably, bag after bag after bag, without either getting sick or refusing to eat it. She has a sensitive tummy, and tends to develop reactions of one sort or another to most other brands. I don't know that this food is particularly good for her coat, but she's a lab and has never had any weight issues on it. As a bonus and likely TMI for an Amazon review, with this food her poops are quite firm and regular. Easy to pickup and bag, nearly everytime.

UPDATE: Well, turns out my lab loves it. He also lost weight on it! I add vegetables to his kibble too because he loves them. No doubt, the food is expensive. I tried another weight management kibble and found out that his weight loss stopped, so I'm going to order another bag of this kibble. ____________________________ I purchased this because my lab needs to lose some weight. I've tired many was (1 w/Amazon and 1/Chewy) - they shipped before I could cancel one. My lab does not gobble this up. In fact, he only eats a small portion at a time especially when he knows I will not substitute it for something else. Product is expensive. Shipped fast and well packaged.

Over 6 yrs I've fed my 4 lb yorkie & 75 lb American Bulldog Royal Canin products & have zero complaints. Both obviously have completely opposite nutritional needs & this brand satisfied both. Gus, my little man, was on a special needs diet due to liver issues & ate a Rx dispensed RC which he did wonderfully on. So when I adopted my big girl, RC was immediately what I switched her to & glad I did. She looks great, healthy coat, & after 2 yrs, still happily eats this food day after day. She also has good firm stools, & no gas. It may not be perfect for every dog & situation but it is for us. {&&& a bonus is getting this BIG bag delivered & no Rx. That was a headache @ times traveling!}

This Weight Care formula is helping my Pyrenees - Anatolian Shepherd mix keep you weight stable. She very helpful.
