If you’re asking if these come in multiple sizes, then the answer is no. It comes in only one size. If you’re asking if these are truly one sits fits all, then the answer is no. They are small, so don’t fit well for people with larger heads, like me.

Are there kids sizes?

There is a kids version called Alpine Pluggies Kids Earplugs

I doubt it. It kind of depends on the size of your dog. To me the ear hole of a dog is larger than a human's. I don't like this brand anyway. The stem is too short.

What are these ear plugs made out of and is it safe to wear these to sleep in all night

The plug is made of soft silicone with a plastic stem in the center to help you pull them out. They are comfortable and could probably be slept in but they are designed to keep water out. If you are looking for noise reduction, try foam ear plugs.
