Works great, easy to use.
Very nice engraving tool kit. The size of the engraving pen is good, just hold it like you’re holding a pen and it's very easy to use. You can control the speed easily with the switch so you can work smoothly and effortlessly. It comes with 36 different sized engraving heads and 16 stencils. With these stencils I can make so many designs on my glasses, and it also perfect for acrylic nails, it's just what I need. I highly recommend.

Thank you, seller! This worked perfectly!
I recently lost my dog of 15 years and started looking for a way to memorialize him. After a lot of tears and consideration I decided that engraving his food bowl was what I wanted to do. I looked into having it professionally engraved but found the cost-per-letter to be cost prohibitive. I then started looking into a way to do it myself. When I found this engraver I read all of the reviews and decided to give it a try. It worked absolutely perfectly and now I have a wonderful memorial. Thank you, seller, for this product. Now, I would like to address some complaints that I saw in numerous reviews. I will do so by writing a simple "how-to".I hope that people find it helpful.1. Plug the male end of the power adapter into the female end of the included power extension cable.(Many reviews said that the length of wire on the power adapter was too short. The seller has now addressed this concern.)2. unscrew the BLACK collar at the working end of the tool and set it aside. Then press the metal button on the side of the tool and hold it down. While holding that button slowly turn the metal collar until the button clicks into place and the metal collar stops turning. Continue to hold the button down and turn the metal collar counter clockwise to remove it.3. Choose a bit from the case and insert it into the opening. Then hold the button down again and replace the metal collar tightening it firmly but not too firmly. Then replace the black plastic collar.(Several reviews mentioned that the bits were not held firmly. By removing the black plastic collar first you have enough access to get a firm grip on the metal collar.)4. Plug the male end of the included power extension cable into the female receptacle on the end of the engraver. Then, ensure that the engraver is off by turning the thumb wheel toward the power cord until it clicks.(It will probably already be off, but best to check.) Finally, plug the adapter into a power outlet.5. Slowly rotate the thumb wheel toward the front of the engraver until it clicks. Depending on how far you turned the wheel, the bit may or may not begin spinning. The wheel is a potentiometer so the more you turn it the more power will be supplied to the motor. This increases or decreases the RPMs depending on the direction of the turn. Turn the wheel forward until your desired speed is reached (The slowest possible speed should be used for metal. While the highest possible speed should be used for glass.)(Several reviews mentioned that the device doesn't work when turned on, or that it stopped working. If this is the case for you, ensure that the power is firmly attached at all connections, and ensure that you rotate the wheel forward enough to pass the potentiometer dead-zone (A spot near the low voltage end that does not allow current to pass through. This is common in potentiometers) and your device should work perfectly.)I hope that helps!

Cord is too short for my liking.
Product is pretty good. I got this so i could practice engraving pieces to sell for my business. It works pretty well. Tho I would have prefered the power cord to b a bit longer. After using it for several months, the cord seems to b giving out on me probably since it's so short, the wires inside the cord may b starting to break from having to pull and adjust the cord all the time since the cord is only maybe 1.5 ft long. Aside from that, that's about the only issue I've had with the product, otherwise it's great.

Awful
I have been playing with my pen and using it on wood, glass and plastic and the tips go dull before I really get anywhere with what I am trying to do. I'm not doing anything crazy I am more or less just doodling with it to get a good feel for how it works and so far it hasn't r worked. I don’t recommend this product. It has no power, feels poorly made and the motor smells like its burning everytime ive turned it on to use it. Save your money!!! I would buy something much more durable with tips that won't dull before you finish a project. I am sorry for this review I wish it would have worked for me :(

Awesome for a first time buyer!
First time engraver and it’s super easy to switch out the attachments, is comfortable to hold and super easy to control. Love the stencils that came with it too! I also suffer from carpal tunnel and this pen is so comfortable it hasn’t upset that at all with its design. Nice long cord for projects of all size too. Think I may buy a second one even!

Only worked once!!
The media could not be loaded. I used it one time and it worked fine. It was easy to hold and easy to use I was super happy about my purchase. But then when I went to use it a second time it wouldn't do a thing! You can hear that it is on but nothing more to it. Very disappointing 😭
