I did not think that a device which essentially just vibrates could feel so good, but oh boy was I wrong. It is a very different sensation from anything I have tried before, and I would absolutely recommend giving it a try. I will be looking into more different kinds of devices in the future, because I was so surprised that this kind of thing would work as well as it does.
