We have had two sets of these headphones for about 18 months. My two school-aged children have used them on planes, trains, and automobiles and they have been a worthwhile investment. As a musician, it's important to me to preserve my children's hearing, and I was concerned at how high they were turning up the volume on their music/games/programs when we traveled. That concern has only widened as we've moved to more and more virtual learning and gatherings this year. I love that these headphones, which are sleek, sturdy, and good looking, limit the volume to a reasonable level, particularly for their age. I also appreciate that each pair came with its own hard case, to keep them safe and tidy. I did have an issue with one set of headphones, but I reached out to Puro's customer service team and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy from them again.

My children have been using these headphones since the summer and love them. They are light and comfy enough that there are no complaints after over an hour or two if contestant use. My son has fallen asleep wearing these many times. They seem well made and have been on numerous flights and holidays. Battery life seems decent. I haven measured it exactly but definitely over 5 hours. Charging via micro usb is easy and takes less than an hour. The only issue I’ve noticed is on the odd occasion when the batteries run out, we’ve tried using a cable to connect the headphones to the tablet and the volume is very low. Need to investigate this further. However we are very happy we bought these.

I bought these for my 8 year old son for the frequent flights we take. I wanted to protect his ears from engine noise. I really like that there is a bluetooth and also a wired option included with these headphones. We prefer him to use wired as much as possible and it's nice there is a choice. They fit well and the sound is good. He recently wore them on a 5+ hour flight and never took them off. He said they were comfortable. I'd recommend. Also, this is my 3rd set of headphones I've bought for him over the years and these seem like the most sturdy and they will last.

Bought two of these for my young toddlers as we’ll be on flights a number of times in the coming months. They fit well and are of great quality. The noise cancellation is pretty decent. However, it’s a bit too pricey as you can find Bose wired headsets that are actually cheaper. Drop it to 125, and it would be perfect. At the current price, I’d knock off 1.5 stars.

I got two Puro Sound Labs headphones for my kids for Christmas. They use them pretty much everyday. I was so excited to find an active noise canceling headphone for kids. My son has ADHD and Dyslexia... these headphones have had a tremendously positive impact on his ability to focus at home and just find some peace in general in a energetic house. He's been using them constantly now that they are trying to home school with our schools being shutdown in Michigan right now. Unfortunately, they stopped charging this week out of the blue and he was devastated. I contacted Puro's support this morning about the problem and a replacement set is already on its way to us! Incredible service... we are excited to keep buying from this company in the future!

We bought two pairs of these for our twin girls so that they could be online in class together without creating a massive echo problem. The headphones came swiftly and were easy to setup. They fit my girls perfectly and have plenty of room for growth. They love them and use them after school too. Unfortunately, one of the headphones USB charging port broke (likely a kid trying to plug them in with the USB port upside down) and the headphones were no longer capable of charging (they still work, but without noise cancelling). I called Puro Sound and (immediately) spoke to a representative who told me to email product support so the could send us a new pair. That was it! What a relief and without hassle. This is a company who makes a great product and stands behind it with stellar support.

We bought these for my two year old to wear on a cross country flight. She had other kids headphones before but with the plane noise, you couldn’t hear any audio. These worked much better. I like that the volume is controlled for her little ears and that she could still enjoy her movie. I was hesitant because of the price but she will be able to wear these forever and it was worth it to have her happy for a portion of the flight!

I really want to love these headphones. But I have had quality issues with them. Sometimes the power locks ON and you cannot pair/connect them to your device. You cannot shut the power off. You have to wait until the battery completely drains then re-charge it to connect again. I bought two pairs for my kids for distance learning. I bought a blue and grey pair. The blue pair started having these issues a few months in. I contacted Puro Labs and they sent me a new pair no questions asked. I was very happy with how responsive the company was. However, now the grey pair is having the same problem. I will contact customer service tomorrow to see if they will replace it but there is something wrong if this is happening to both pairs. These cost too much to be having these problems.

I was a little concerned about whether it would sit comfortably on my son’s ear because of the odd shape but he looked comfortable with it. Noise cancelling was good and so was the sound. Love that it comes with a good quality case to keep them secure along with the cords. Very happy with the purchase.

Wir haben die Kopfhörer für unseren 2 1/2 jährigen Sohn gekauft da wir lange fliegen mussten. Er hat sie geliebt und die ganze Zeit aufgehabt. Geräuschunterdrückung hat gut funktioniert und der Akku hat 13 Stunden gehalten. Sie sind nicht die günstigsten Kopfhörer für die Kids aber definitiv ihren Preis wert!

Great product, the active noise reduction works really well and my son is no longer complaining that the sound isn't loud enough, as he did with the older version without anr. The ear chips are on-ear for a 10 year old so aren't quite as comfortable as over-ear, but this is a minor quibble - they are much loved and haven't left his head since Christmas!

Les enfants montent le son pour ne pas entendre le bruit extérieur. Avec la réduction de bruit: pas besoin. La réduction de bruit est vraiment bonne. Même dans le train, vous êtes dans la bulle de silence. Le son résultant est aussi très homogène; je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir les aigus ou les graves sur amplifié. Le limiteur de volume rassure les parents mais sans doute pas utile étant donné le réducteur de bruit. Je n'ai pas trouvé aussi bien pour adulte (au même prix). Un BOSE sera sans doute plus efficace mais pas au même prix. Bon 1er casque pour un enfant et lui donner l'exigence du bons sons.
