Does this product have any problems being stuck on a garge floor which has been painted or it has to be stuck on the concrete floor?

I stuck mine on the bare concrete but as long as the paint does not peel off the floor easily than I cannot see why there should be a problem. Maybe check by putting some duct tape down on your painted floor and pulling it off .

Will this keep mice and other rodents out as well as leaves, dirt and water?

Well I’ve not seen our mouse since I put it in🤣 we have a lot of leaves that get in and it’s stopped those as well. No water got in during the last few weeks of constant rain. Garage is significantly warmer too

can this be used for front door

Hi soapdish, I doubt it. A front door is generally mounted within a frame and opens inward. A soft rubber or foam seal attached to the frame and squashed by the closing door is generally used as a draft excluder. This seal is for glueing to a concrete (generally) floor and the closing garage door butts up against it to form the seal. Hope this helps.

It’s best to clean up as you go. But if you have left it until it’s dry, remove it from your hands by rubbing them together and picking the bits off. Then a good wash. The garage floor, you will have to scrape off and maybe a good scrubbing brush afterwards. To avoid all that I used disposable gloves & put masking tape around the area, then removed it carefully before the adhesive dried.
