I wasn’t sure about purchasing this item as I have purchased so many in the past, but I am really happy I did. I even purchased a second one so I can rotate them every other day. This item is not flimsy and at first I thought it was way too small, luckily a friend of mine told me that was how it should be. The first time I tried to put it on I gave up, however, that same friend told me to roll it up on the outside just over half way then put it on and roll it down, it works. It is tight, provides a lot of support, is comfortable and during your workout you are going to sweat, I think I lose a gallon each time. I am vertically challenged, 5’ 7”, so it is a little long on me, but I found tucking it in works better than leaving it out. I am glad I took the chance and tried again. Happy Amazoning!!

Nice quality neoprene sleeveless vest. This is a pull on style, with no zipper. It can be reversible to use either the black or yellow on the outside. Choose the size carefully as you want a snug fit, but not tight, so if in doubt, go up a size. It can be worn against the skin or over a tank top like my son wears it. You will definitely break a sweat! Easy to wash and quick dry for next use!

great way to loose size, I have bought this 3 times. After 3 to 4 months of washing it losses its strength

It works all right. I can workout with it only thing is it fits me a little tight from the sid.ñe. Other than that it’s pretty good.

I've been losing weight for 3 months now, I'm down about 43 lbs. This vest is very comfortable to wear while working out, it is cut in a way that doesn't restrain you during exercises and lifting. The sweat is very enhanced, I sweat far more at the gym than others I see doing cardio because of this vest, and the sweat mostly stays on the inside of the vest, so be prepared for very soaked shorts. Also, pre-hydrate very well! I have no skin rub or irritation from it. I have two vests, and wash them on gentle cycle in a washing machine after each use. I've washed at least 10 times, they are holding together well. Do not put them in a dryer let them air dry after washing. I'm about 10 lbs away from ordering two more XL versions instead of 3XL. great product.

I received my suit today and at first look I thought it was too big until I put it on! It fit perfectly! Also easy to take it off. My waistline is 37” and my chest measure 40”. The quality seems to be good considering the price. It is very thick and you can feel the warm sensation right away! I highly recommend it.
