Goodnight My Sweet Violet

My niece Violet loved it.

Bought this book for my own Sweet Violet and she absolutely loves the fact that it's "her!" As a single mom, this book really touches me. We do struggle a lot with each other sometimes, but at the end of the day I wouldn't have it any other way. Literally cannot read this to her without tearing up. Such a sweet story!

Loved the book because I have a granddaughter with the same beautiful name. She is only 15 months, so I can't say she loved it or understands the concept. I am happy to have found it for her.

I bought this for my daughter Violet, I love the book. She enjoys looking at it and mom or dad reading it to her. She is only 1, so I imagine that she will love it more and more as she gets older. But it is a really sweet little book, for my sweet little Violet!

This book is perfect for girls (or any kid) that has a tendency to be obnoxius during the day but needs to know they are still loved in the end (bedtime). Great examples of moody behavior when the girl is cranky in the morning, misbehaves, etc. We can identify!

For my granddaughter, Violet. What can I say? Anything about Violet is perfect. I even changed my favorite color to violet.

I was shocked when I bought this book for my 4 year old granddaughter. The actual book started in the middle of the book. On the back pages were detailed illustrations of the civil rights movement and etc with pictures. So it was two stories- one about Little violet and on the other side civil rights movements. I noticed the civil rights was written by a different author and words ran off the page. I don't know if this was done in error; however, I was appalled as this was supposed to be a book about a little girl. The part about the little girl violet was well done; however, illustrations, reading and civil rights does not belong in a book about a little girl. I am hoping this was done in error. I returned the book immediately.

My daughters name is Violet so I HAD to have this. It's a sweet story that makes me tear up every time I read it. Really hits home to a sappy mother!

Bought for my friends daughter because her name is Violet…. But it’s very Poor quality and a very thin flimsy book.
