these cartridges were amazing they were easy to install and worked right away with no problem......thank you for a quality cartridge

Toner Leakage
To my dismay, the yellow toner leaked in gobs. I had to air spray my printer to clean it. I cleaned the cartridge, reinstalled it, same thing. I repeated the procedure several times, it was futile. My advice, if you value your expensive printer, steer clear of this brand.

Ink leaked everywhere
Cyan ink leaked everywhere and was unusable. Still trying to clean my printer.

One busted cartridge
The magenta toner was a bust. You all most can't seem the cartridge in its bag. I'm not even going to open it. There was magenta toner IN the other 3 bags which all had slight tears in them. They were cleanable and functioned in my printer.

Great Ink
These worked wonderfully and the price was great! No complaints so far it’s been 2 months I think and no complaints and I print almost daily!!!
