Looks like its factory installed.
Fit and finish is perfect. Install is fairly simple with the aid of YouTube. Function is ideal as a high mount brake light and turn signal.

Not Compatible for 2021 Tour
While the product itself is fine an appealing, it does not fit the 2021 Goldwing Tour model. I purchased this for my new motorcycle. After dislodging the trunk and following all of the instructions, I began to assemble the light fixture, only to find it was not suitable. The angle for this particular model does not align with the angle of this model Goldwing. Additionally, when connecting the lights to the Plug-N-Play harness (which was seamless), I also found the wiring was for a different model (the brake and running lights worked, the turn signals did not).I will be seeking out the correct model, which I saw was Product Number 48025, not 48004, which this model is.
