Fits a 7 1/2 ' tree with room to spare! Great to have wheels!
I thought this bag was FAR too big, until I tried to put the tree back in its original box. Then I cut up and taped a mini-fridge box with the top and one end open and placed it inside the bag, filling 2/3 of the bag. This REALLY helped to make the bag more sturdy. I think the tree would have been maybe crumpled with out a box helping. I think I'll still likely build up the other 1/3 with another portion of a box so that I don't have to worry about the tree getting crumpled. I'm a 5'5" woman and can't easily carry that huge bag with a big tree it. I'm SUPER grateful for the wheels though!!!

Christmas Tree Bag
Christmas Tree bag. I bought the smaller bag, which was still 5 feet long. My tree is about 5 feet also. It is already lit but the ornaments were removed. The tree comes apart in 3 sections and the base was still attached. It all fit in the bag in one piece and the wheels were nice to pull it around. It was surprisingly light with wheels on the bag. I am 80 years old and I had no trouble moving it from room to room.

Fit the Home Depot 12ft Skeleton!
I got my behemoth last year and just stored him in his box, but that thing didn’t hold up so I meant to get the Home Depot storage bag for my skelly this season. I procrastinated (the nearest HD is 30 min from me) and waited too long and then it was out of stock. Someone recommended this bag to me so I decided to give it a shot. Everything fit perfectly! And I cannot emphasized enough how much I LOVE that it has wheels. Super easy to move. Super functional. The zipper seems alright. I’ll update if it gives out or something, but for now I feel optimistic.

It's really just a bag with handles
First, the positives: The dimensions are definitely big enough to accommodate [probably any] 9ft tree...ours is full-size/width (nearly 6 ft at the bottom), bushy/dense and is pre-lit. My point is that even when collapsed and compressed, it is still quite large and this bag can still accommodate it. The material and handles feel sturdy enough to carry the weight of the tree if handled gingerly, but feels like it would probably tear if man-handled too aggressively (e.g., thrown around by the handled) or falls from heights (e.g., downstairs or from storage rafters). If you just want a good bag with handles, this is a good bag with handles. Now, all the rest I have to say: If you want anything more than a bag with handles, you'll want to move onto something else. This bag has NO STRUCTURE at all. All those pretty pictures of a fully loaded, flat sided, square-cornered Christmas tree in a bag being rolled around are absolutely bogus! What you will have here is a giant duffel bag that's shaped more like an enormous bratwurst sausage when you lift one end to attempt rolling it away. Those wheels end up being totally worthless/unusable because without any structure, the bag sags such that it drags on the floor anyway. Also, contrary to the pictures and the Q&A section, this bag DOES NOT have any straps inside our outside, so you're relying on the zipper and bag itself for compression of the tree branches. Speaking of the zipper; though not total garbage, is a bit chintzy for the size and weight of tree this bag is intended.Except for the lack of straps, I can't say the product is not as advertised/described. My beef is that the pictures set an expectation, one that the product does not deliver. In the end, I am returning this product for something that actually meets my expectations of holding the tree parts in a more, if not completely, rigid form.
