Can this caviar be served on top of a hot appetizer, such as a seared scallop?

I think cold foods would work better with the caviar in order to experience the full flavor of it. I guess it all depends on personal taste. A good source would be to google seared scallop and caviar together and see what the recipe says. Personally, I would stick with cold portions. Crackers are ok, though. I hope this helps. Good luck!
