SIL Kleen Pool Cue Shaft and Ferrule Cleaner

I bought this to clean the ferrules on all my house cues that friends use when they come over. This stuff works magic and takes any chalk residue off. My cues are scuffed with chalk not grinded on like most cues so didnt take much to clean them up but still a great product.

This product is good for the person that keeps there pool sticks clean. This doesn't work for really dirty shafts . This works well if you keep your shafts clean and I can clean my shafts pretty quick if I keep them maintained.if I let it go a couple weeks I need something stronger,but I play everyday at least 6hrs.so and I chalk every shot I like the product also after using the cleaner with a wet rag I take a dry rag and creat some friction and dry thy shaft and then it's slick and smooth.

My cue is a new McDermott. I've decided not to clean or sand the shaft. I'm only going to burnish the shaft and let it turn a natural blue. I've used this product on some of my other shafts and it works fine, but then you have to start over with the burnish process. This will keep your ferrule a nice shiny white.

Bought as a gift with a pool cue set.

Always handy to have to keep your cue clean

It did clean and lift blue chalk, etc. off of shaft. But, did not totally clean it. Maybe if I had the product and used it from start of ownership of my cue, it would have kept it clean.

Great cleaner

I keep my cues pretty clean as a rule. But, I decided to try this product as the ferrule was getting a little stained. I tried it twice with a seperation of 3 days in betwee.I see no difference in the cue or ferrule at all. I did buy the cue silk also and that is not a bad product. but, using the Sil Kleen is just a watse of time. The statement that the cue will look like newis false.
