Sent wrong size
The shirt is fine but I ordered a medium and they sent a large. Daughter already cut the tags off & is wearing it, works i guess just really big.

Not the quality, for the price!
The granddaughter got some gift cards for Christmas; she really wanted this hoodie. We ordered it for her. It looked nice, but wasn't as thick/heavy as we thought it would be, but that was okay. When we washed it however, what poor material ... it looks like a lint-ball now! Not too happy, especially for the price we paid also.

That it is very soft and warm
My daughter loves this hoodie says it's very warm and comfortable she has not taken it off since she got it except to wash it

Looks and size are as described.
The fabric balls up and collects fuzzies and hair and when washed it just gets worse.
