Perfect fit for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!
I installed this on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I have a 4" lift on 35s with 65K miles on it. First off: DS800982A is the part number for the entire assembly. It includes the tie rod, both tie rod ends and the steering stabalizer clamp. It also includes the drag link, both ends, and ajusting sleeve. The entire steering set up. The reason I mentioned the above is because Autoplicity has the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE of this part number throughout all ends of the internet and parts stores. Believe me I looked. Im talking close to half the price of others. I thought about Synergy, Teraflex, etc. But over $400 for just the tie rod didn't seem right. Plus, if you're like me, my JKU is mostly a once a month trail ready, daily driver/baby hauler. About the parts themselves, Install is pretty straight forward. The drag link and tie rod are both pre-assembled. Just take off your old stuff and bolt on the new parts (alignment will be needed.) All Moog parts, to include their "Problem Solver" joints. All greaseable. Let me tell ya. It's night and day the way my JKU drives. Like it did when it left the lot stock. Steering is tight, no more tire "wobble", and road wondering is no more. Time will tell as far as durability, but out of package alone is better than the garbage stock steering components. They're beefier and better made than stock. Save you some money, get quality parts, and upgrade your steering to MOOG! You won't be disappointed. P.s. Shipping from Autoplicity was FAST. They shipped it on Monday morning (after a weekend order), I got it Tuesday afternoon.

2018 Wrangler Unlimited JK Install
The install was actually pretty simple, and Im just a shade tree mechanic. Did’nt even jack it up or pull the front tires off. Youtube has plenty of videos. Only specialty tool I would reccomemd is a ball joint seperator 2ft long fork style and a 3lb hammer. Used a tape measure got it all close enough to original then took it down for alignment. Easy peezy. Roughly 3hrs to install both and I was taking my time. I spay painted everything the day before. Heavy duty compared to factory, excellent steering now feels solid. Good luck

Beefier then stock
Excellent for the price, beefier then stock just needs a good coat of paint and it’s good to go.

Excellent fit and upgrade but..
This thing came pretty much assembled, you will have to measure yours before removal and match it up before installing and tightening the bolts. It’s direct fit for stock. We have a 3 1/2 inch lift and 35 inch tires and it works great. But you will Have to prime it and paint it really good after cleaning it with a cleaner to remove the oil residue on the Bare metal.

Jeep Wrangler rubicon unlimited tie rods
Nice having all the parts in one. Did our 2014 Jeep Wrangler rubicon unlimited. Parts looked beefier than stock if they last as long as stock I will be happy got over 100k on originals. Needed new tires and noticed that outside was wearing more check and noticed side to side slop in tire hence the need for replacement.

Direct Fit front steering suspension replacement for the Jeep JK/JKU
My father and I installed this kit in about an hour. The tie rod comes with a new steering damper mount and bolt. The joints will need to be greased, so be sure to prep yourself with a grease gun; and you'll need to do an alignment job after installation. My Jeep was taken off road, so in addition to dead joints, there were pits in the tie rod. This kit (along with new ball joints and a new heavy duty sway bar) completely eliminated death wobble and lateral drift at highway speeds. Overall a great product for a complete replacement project.

Does the job
After I put a 2” Rancho lift on my 07 Wrangler my mechanic recommended replacing these parts when I brought it in for an alignment. The parts seem more sturdy than the OEM equipment that I removed. Having grease fittings is a big plus. Install wasn’t too bad, removal was the problem being that everything I pulled off the Jeep had been on there for 14 years. Delivery was fast and the packaging protected the contents. Was delivered by USPS which isn’t as great as UPS in my neighborhood but still way better than FedEx

Fits the Jeep perfectly, 1/3 the cost of buying OEM

Yes this is the upgraded T style steering linkage.
Fitment is perfect on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500, and has upgraded the steering linkages considerably by not just having larger bars but also being the T style instead of the Y style that comes default on Ram 2500's prior to 2006. The difference between the two is that the Y style relay rod connects from the pitman arm directly to the hub itself with the drag link connected to the relay rod and the driver side wheel. The T style has the drag link running directly between the two hubs, with the relay rod connected from the pitman arm to the drag link. The T style setup makes a huge difference in bump steer and stability. After putting nearly 1000km on this setup, so far it has performed flawlessly and restored my steering.

Great Stock replacement.
Great Stock Replacement. Nice to have greaseable ends unlike the stock ones. No more "Death Wobble".
