Give your sandwich a kick with Mortadella
My husband was craving a Mortadella Sandwich and here in Texas there is no place that sell this and I was lucky to find these. I can say He was very pleased. Says its the exact Mortadella he was used to eating back in Puerto Rico.

Not at all like Italian mortadella but very tasty.
Slight ding because it wasn't easy to see it was Danish mortadella. Yes it's meat salami with pieces of fat and peppercorns. But it's very coarse textured and only 3 inches in diameter. HOWEVER it's great tasting salami. Party platters or homemade pizza would be fine choices for using it.
