I think so. They stick easily to my usb sticks and stay in place without issue.

No, I wouldn't recommend them for outdoor use. They do not have a coating, and the adhesive isn't super strong so any type of weather would cause them to fall off. I put some on my mailbox yesterday to check, and they washed off in our rainstorm overnight.

I doubt that they will hold when wet. I use them for picture albums. They are paper based stick on.
