I love! These are magical- they are as effective as my back massage chair and patches. I use them once a week and appreciate the ease of use, variety of sizes, and nice carrying case. These give me a week relief from the aches and pains of constant computer work. I have had them several months and have had zero issues with cracking or sealing. They are easy to clean.

more than 5 stars!! i have wished to add cupping into my massage practice. i have wished to have the tools for myself too. after careful research, i decided to take the plunge and go for this set. it is well worth the money. it comes in a wonderful organizer box which is a fabulous presentation but just makes everything easier. it is super easy to use. 1. 2. 3. and you are in business. (i got the kenneth choi cupping therapy for muscles & joints book for a refresher course of sorts. there are things you do not wish to do, so this could be helpful, esp if you are a novice. it is a very easy & understanding read.) i then set about working on myself one evening. how could i not. the tube extender for when you are working on yourself could be longer. a foot more would be super helpful but nothing i could not work around. oh baby did i feel relief from some fairly severe hate in my hips and lower back. the fire was quelled quite a bit and then even more when i went for it again the next day. the edges are very smooth and work well with movable cups. i have only had them a couple days but everything seems well made to last. i used them on a clients inflamed knee this morning. (very old injury that has bothered him on/off for about 19years. we work on it & it gets better but comes back every so often. today is was so swollen & he was not walking well.) he could not believe how amazing it felt. he was truly astonished. he added another half hr onto his appt just to get more cupping. he was walking much more spry by the time he left. if you want a cupping set, this is the one i would go for. hope this helps someone in their decision process.

Great set, bought a few years ago. Hard plastic does break if dropped. Cupping is a great modality. Know what you're doing before purchasing to not hurt yourself or other people. I prefer silicone cups now because you can slide them. Hard plastic cups are static (stay in one place).

My 85 year older Aunt has terrible knee pain even after having knee surgery in her 50s. She said the pain is so bad she can barely walk. I sent her this cupping set. She had never heard of cupping so I explained it’s like a hickey it pulls the blood (and if you take pain medicine) right through all the tissue saturating them with blood and medicine. So she got them the next day opened it up and read the instructions I told her put a little lotion on the area because the cups stick better and you can slide them around if they aren’t quite in the right spot. So she put a little lotion on and read the instructions and went to bed. She said today”they work great” I didn’t have any pain all night! Normally I have trouble sleeping because of the pain and I feel great even today! She asked well I wish I could use them on my back.. I said well that is what that extension tubing is for .. connect the cup and the tubing and the little pump all together then with your left hand hold the cup in place and pump with the right hand. She was happy to hear that their is tubing to help it reach… Great device for everyone but the fact that my 85 year old Aunt used it without me physically being there to show her (I live in another state) means that this is a device you really should just buy and not have a second thought about it. I have been fire cupping for some time but I am limited on the areas on myself that I can reach using this method. So I thought I would try a vacuum pump set with an extension tube. What a difference! Now I can cup those hard to reach areas. This set is well made, easy to use, and comes in a suitable well organized carrying case. The case is not made to withstand rough abuse, but is more than adequate for the purpose. The hand pump seems light in construction - but so far is preforming very well. one to two pumps produces adequate suction. The number and selection of cups is excellent and the price is fantastic! The instruction manual is not designed for an absolute novice but for someone who is at least somewhat familiar with the subject of cupping. To get the most out of this set I would recommend a good reference book on acupuncture/pressure points and a galvanic acupuncture point locator to correctly find the points. I use the "Acu-Point" locator with good results (also sold by Amazon). I noticed in some of the reviews that the red "pointers" that are included with the set are somewhat confusing. They are used to apply a small direct pressure to the point - not as a magnetic addition. I use them to simply center the cup over the desired area. If you want the addition of magnetics to your cupping - you will need to choose another set. The fact that there is no mention of the use or purpose of these pointers in the manual should be corrected. The price is very good, the quality is great, and the vendor packaged and shipped promptly. The package was well packed and arrived undamaged. I would highly recommend this product and this vendor.

Came in perfect condition, works great with the right amount of suction with just 2 pumps; the smallest cup fits perfect on my small, thin upper arms with stable suction, and feels solid and sturdy, as well as the pump....very satisfied and recommended!
