This is my 2nd one. Needed a smaller size. I use it for Pilates. I sweat like crazy

Easy to put on and take off. Gives very good coverage. Covers your abdominal area enouch from top to bottom.

I had to cut 3 to 4 inches off . I like and need the width but need a little less length

1 month 2 days have past since this was received. It is now 2 days past the time to return. It started coming apart. I would not recommend this

After about 4 months of regular use, the fabric where the "hook" part of velcro attaches started to fray, and now only a small section holds in place.Rather than using traditional "hook" and "loop" velcro, they only use the "hook" portion and have that stick to fabric. Trimming the fabric didn't help, so I'm probably going to sew "loop" sections of velcro to the velt.The rest of the belt is nice. I like the neoprene side's fit and feel against my body, and the topside of the belt feels nice. It does provide good support and definitely heats up your torso and gets a really good sweat going.If the velcro stuck, it'd be an amazing belt

Definitely recommend. Makes you sweat more under a shirt or sweater when running. It doesn’t do anything if you just wear it and expect to sweat. The velcro is great quality and will hold up 100% staying wrapped. You can just place it in the washer and let it air dry outside.
