Great Pizza Crust!
We used the flour to make dough for our pizz night - came out Fantastic! The flavor was great, and the crispy, crunchy crust didn't leave us feeling bloated like some of the pizza chain pizzas did. Highly recommend the einkorn flour!

Perfect old world gluten free flour
A bit spendy but worth it. Gluten free old world flour. I made avocado fries which were off the hook (served with Yum-Yum sauce - incredible)
